I have always been treated fairly at Barber Honda. No one likes to pay for car maintenance/repair but it is just part of taking care of your vehicle. I have gone elsewhere from time to time but never really paid that much less and at times paid more. I certainly did not have a comfortable, clean area to wait with tv, wi-go, computer station, bottled water, coffee, donuts and best of all, free transportation to/from if you prefer not to wait. Thank you to the fabulous Service department!!! They took such great care of my mom's needs and put our minds to rest getting her back on the road in a safe, well running vehicle. It's always a concern for me that my widowed, 71 year old mother is being treated fairly and not taken advantage of when she's dealing with retail or maintenance services.
