This year on February 8th I leased a car from this car dealership (the most pathetic dealership). At the time of leasing they were very sweet and helpful. But now from past 2-3 weeks I have been calling then to get few answers and help, there is no one to answer. Service for oil change is slow and doesn’t matter if you have a appointment. For example I’m sitting here at 7:15 am but my appointment was at 7am, showed up 10 minutes early and they didn’t open the office until 7:05 and I’m still not even checked in. They also have nobody here to change the oil. Thanks for wasting my time cause their was no point in the appointment if you don’t honor it.
