This was my third time buying a car from them. Jeff Q was great, i emailed him to let him know which one i was looking at online i drove it & was sold. He listened to me & what i wanted & worked with me, it was the easiest car buying experience i have ever had.
Terrible experience as usual tried to charge me 500 dollars to remove some plastic moulding and unscrew 2 nuts unhook a harness and replace ... the service manager oly was incredibly not helpful and agreed with me that ford bends their customers over ... enjoy !!!

I am from out of state and most of my buying experience was done via text message or phone calls. Justin was always very helpful and answered my questions even when he was not at work. When I arrived to purchase the vehicle the process went smoothly and efficiently.
Poor customer service. Online scheduling not honored with no notification of an issue even after 3 text messages reminding of appointment.
