The service center is a joke. After misdiagnosing a problem twice my vehicle had to go back for a third time. It has been in the shop for nearly two weeks for a problem with a wire under the seat. How is this ok?

I just have to commend Nick DeLano in your Service Department. A couple other really nice guys helped too. Nick, what I think, went out of his way to keep me informed as to what was going on with my F150. I so appreciate an honest service writer who keeps you in the loop. I was traveling through town and they came highly recommended....and did their job! If I'm in town again, I know where I'll go and you should too! Thanks again!😀

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dealership. The finance manager was extremely condescending when I said I didn’t want to purchase extended warranty and gap coverage, asking if I “even knew what that was” multiple times. Would not recommend going here, especially if you’re a young woman, as they will attempt to take advantage of what they think you don’t know.
They are professional and courteous. They’ve kept my 2010 Ford Explorer running great!

when they charge outrageous amount for a repair and it breaks a week later. then the estimate to repair triples.
