We recently purchased a used Ford Explorer from Cody Roberts. I reached out by email and received a prompt call back with info about the vehicle we were looking at. Cody went to make sure they had it and sent a video with a quick walk around. He made the purchase process seamless from start to finish. Would definitely use Cody and Freeway Ford again.

Two weeks ago I stopped by to drop off my Escape for an oil change scheduled for the next day. Instead, the order writer told me he would have it done that day. He told it would take about 45 minutes, which it did. Saved me a walk home and a return walk the next day. Told me that I needed a new air filter next service with no pressure to up sell. Excellent service - friendly and helpful crew.
