Purchased new truck on 12/31/2019 from Dustin. The experience was enjoyable. Dustin listened to my requests and asked only clarifying questions. I drove away that night with “ exactly “ the truck we had discussed. Since then I have had an electrical problem. My 2016 Ford Fiesta overheated, so I took it to Freeway Ford for maintenance. They drove it to Castle Rock and back and I received the typical "could not replicate the problem." Being an understanding customer, I took back my car without complaint. It overheated again shortly thereafter, so I brought it to Freeway Ford once again, this time in it's smoking hot state, unable to avoid the instrument cluster warning light this time. Not lying to customers and listening to what we say would be a good start .
We received a recall notice about our F-150’s brakes and the very next day the brakes went out. I called a dealership close by and was told no parts for months. I called Freeway Service and Otis told me that they would take care of me. They sure did. Otis found the part and made the repair. Picked her up this morning. Thanks Otis and Freeway Service!
One of the worst experiences I’ve had attempting to buy at a bigger dealership. I saw a 2011 Nissan Frontier that was a new listing in their site and immediately drove up to buy it. I encountered Shawn outside who told me the vehicle hadn’t arrived yet. I asked when they expected it, but he couldn’t give me any useful information other than it could show up in 5 minutes or 5 hours. He took my name and number and said he’d call when it showed up. The Frontier that you reference was sent outside to perform additional work(since it was not a Ford product) and that contributed to not being able to give you good information on when it would get back to the store. While the desk staff were certainly friendly, nothing else about my visit to Barbee's was pleasant. I took my Ford Fiesta 2016 in with a number of issues including a check engine light and a malfunctioning blue tooth system. I was charged $200 alone just for diagnostics. I sure wish I got paid that much to plug a car into a machine that tells me what's wrong with it. I was told my technician would be Nick. I had a great experience with Freeway Ford. I called ahead asking about a certain car on their website. Darius had the car pulled up front when I arrived and was very organized, professional and set up a delivery that made the entire process go smoothly and quickly.
