The employees stole items from a truck that was supposed to be fixed. Items that were meant for soldiers & their families for Christmas 🎄 to be sent to Fort Carson .Bad Bad.
These people stole property out of a military moving truck that came in for service. Word is our veteran community has already been on the phone with Fords corporate office. Dont come here.
Warriors Warehouse. Took their trucks here to get serviced. And The Truck was loaded with stuff for Soldier’s At Fort Carson. $36,000 worth of stuff for soldiers and their families. There employees of the dealership helped them selves to all the stuff. And don’t wanna take responsibility for their employees. Including upper management and the owner of the company. The dealership need to make this right. And apologized. For for stealing from Soldiers and the families.
because they stole from a truck that had $36000 worth of supplies, intended for Veterans. They refuse to make it right. the truck was in their possession for service. they need to replace all that was lost
Do not take your vehicle here for service:..Otie/Otis, the service Mgr, is a rip off. Much better experience at Mike Naughton Ford and waaaaay less costly! After purchasing 2 vehicles there, years of oil changes, tires and other minor work...Otis sure doesn't know how to work with a loyal customer. In the market for a new car...won't be from here. Naughton not only took amazing car of me, they even washed and detailed the car plus offered a 10% AAA discount on top of a less costly repair.
Until they account for all - and I mean ALL - of the missing donations from the Warrior’s Warehouse truck, which happened while the truck was in for service, I think everyone should boycott this company.
