I had work some warranty work done here on clutch {which was not covered) , main seal, and flywheel Bryan Sullivan was extremely helpful in getting as much covered as he could. He was extremely helpful and kept in constant communication with me at all times. I will make this the place i get all my repairs done.
2016 Escape transmission went bad with 40k miles. Barbee's said due to rodents eating wiring. Replaced transmission at my cost. Rodents ate warranty. Picked up Escape and next day, new transmission failed again. Torque converter seal failed. Barbee's said not their service issue. Product failure. I bought two Fords from this dealership. Buyer beware. No longer a Ford advocate.
I will never use this company or @Ford ever again. This is the second time I was told To bring my truck in for service on said day and the second time almost two full days of them having my truck they haven’t even touched it.... Done.
Easy to work with and friendly staff. I was able to get a fair deal on the truck I wanted. They had a great inventory with many trucks to choose from. Staff in addition to being friendly were very efficient and made the process as quick and as easy as possible. If your looking for a new or used car or especially truck, check them out first.
