Great buying experience. I love my new Flex. My first new car ever! About a month after the sale, I get a tin of chocolate chip cookies in the mail from Freeway Ford. Those extra little customer service bits are a nice touch!
If you go to this dealer, I recommend you see Dustin in internet sales. Hands down the best salesman I've ever worked with. He really works hard at ensuring customer satisfaction. There are two reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I spent a majority of my F150 purchasing experience with another salesman who wasn't quite as good as Dustin. There were a few minor issues that came up after the sale that Dustin took care of as my purchasing salesman was either confused or just not helpful. I purchased a used 2011 F150 from Freeway Ford a few weeks back. Dustin (sales) took really great care of me, he reviewed all the cars, listening to what I was interested in, without any sales pressure what so ever. The whole team were very accommodating to me wanting to see if the truck would fit in my garage and then expedited my request to get the paperwork done. My wife and I purchased a new car at Freeway Ford on 27 May 2017. We had previously visited 3 different dealerships. We made our purchase within 30 minutes of arrival and were out the door about 2 hours later...after the paperwork, detailing and the salesperson providing a complete walk-thru of the vehicle. I provided them a deal that I had almost made at a previous dealership and they beat it by $900. Easiest and best new vehicle purchase we've ever made at a dealership. Thanks Adrien de Maleissye!
