Great service and always feel comfortable with service! Shuttle service is a wonderful PLUS as well! No hassle with drop off or pick up! Just so easy! Highly recommend! I am HAPPY and love my Ford Focus!!!!

Customer service SUCKS!!!Bought my car used almost 2 years ago they were suppose to get me the locks for my wheels never did I have called numerous times to my salesman, the service manager & the store manager no one returns my calls & no one has handled it. DO NOT buy a car from Freeway Ford!
Freeway Ford is great! I live in Virginia and the dealers didn't have the exact truck that I was looking for. An Internet search turned up my truck Freeway! I worked with Adam, the new vehicle sales manager. He gave me a great price, answered all my questions, and he was friendly and easy to work with. When I flew in to get the truck, they picked me up from my hotel. Cody Roberts (Internet Sales manager) did the hand off. Purchase process was easy. Just pray you don't have to deal with the service department. I have had to take the car back three times for the same thing. They had the car there for two days to take care of the same problem plus another item only for us to find out at the end of day 2 that they couldn't get the second item done even though it had been scheduled prior. And frankly the work that they did finally finish doesn't look that great. Disorganized and could care less that they are wasting your time.
Awesome service. Great staff. I'll definitely be back another time.
