I would like to give a big shout out to Cody Roberts for the excellent service he provided. I hadn't bought a new car in YEARS!! The professionalism, friendliness, courtesy and knowledge Cody showed me was outstanding. My experience with Freeway Ford gets two thumbs up from me. To start, brought in a truck to trade in. Before any deal was started, the used car manager did a burn out down Evans with it, classy, put $500 down, bottom line reflects only $250 of it, I have to assume they stole it. Added $200 of "additional equipment" without a discussion, sold me a vehicle that doesn't start reliably nor do the door locks work, took back to get fixed, the gave me a B.S. story about the ignition needing recalibrated, dropped the ball when I asked for the extended warranty to be refunded, wanted it done ... read more
Freeway Ford did a fantastic job making sure I got in the right car at price the price. Phil M McTaggart didn't waste anytime trying to sell me things I didn't want and went above and beyond making sure everything was done correctly and I was in and out. Thank you so much! I really appreciate it!!
Dan Gotta/Internet sales is hands-down the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. EXTREMELY knowledgable and personable. My husband is a mechanic and difficult to impress. Dan won him over immediately. Do not hesitate to ask for Dan to help you with your next vehicle purchase!!
Horrible customer service form there service department needs work. Ottis was EXTREAMLY rude. Left un-answered messages with there service manager and G.M. DON'T do business with these guys.
