I just want to start out by saying My experience with freeway Ford was amazing!!! I usually am someone who hates the whole car buying process but your new car manager Adam was amazing with helping find the car that fit me wonderfully. The people at Freeway Ford are awesome! Other dealerships have blown us off to even look at our situation. The great staff really gets their amazing customer service from the top down. This was my first car purchase in my life and believe that it would be hard for anyone to beat. I never felt pressured into making a decision that I would later regret. I recently purchased my first vehicle from Freeway Ford and wouldn't recommend anywhere else! I was well greeted by the front desk agent and the excellent customer service kept rolling from there! I was never pressured to make a purchase, I was giving the opportunity to ask multiple questions and get answers that made sense to me!
