I was interested in a mini van. visited Freeway Ford to look at a van and was told by the salesman...Dustin Gonzales that the Ford Flex would accommodate me for what I need a mini van for. I test drove the Flex and was very impressed as was my Husband, that we ordered our very own Flex. Dustin was not pushy was very helpful with all our questions and was very professional. As we have had the Ford Flex now for over 2 weeks I am very happy!! You know what they say when Mama's HAPPY everyone is HAPPY!! Thank Dustin!!
My wife, Marge and I purchased a 2017 Escape from Freeway. We were very fortunate to get Cody Roberts as our sales person. He was incredibly helpful and considerate for two days of discussion. I would send any of my friends to Cody to purchase a Ford product. The dealership is first class. About the Escape. It is a delight to drive and has all the safety features we need as seniors. Anyone looking for a smaller suv can not go wrong with an Escape from Cody at Freeway.
Freeway Ford Knows how to take care of people including their own people, it is a pleasure working at this establishment and I have bought at least 3 vehicles from them, not including sending my family and friends here to purchase vehicles as well. It is a pleasure to work here to provide great customer service and then to experience it makes me feel that Freeway Ford practices what they preach!
The folks at Freeway Ford stepped up and solved a problem I had with used truck I had purchased even though over a month had passed. Saved me lots of cash and they got a loyal customer. Thanks again
Service department is very good and fast. Free shuttle service home is also excellent.
I am very grateful for Freeway Ford. This morning, upon realizing I had a flat tire - I immediately pulled off of I-25 and into the Freeway Ford parking lot. I was met with kind and generous smiles. Thomas went above and beyond to put on my spare tire - on a very cold and icy morning. Thank you Freeway Ford for your amazing and generous customer service! I will not forget this kind gesture. PS.
