My husband and I just purchased a new F450 truck at Freeway Ford. Justin assisted us with the purchase. He was not pushy, was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our purchase experience was flawless. I was already beyond impressed when today a thank you tin of chocolate chip cookies arrived! Thank You Justin and Freeway Ford for making this a pleasant experience. And you can't often say that about purchasing vehicles. I absolutely recommend Freeway Ford!
We purchased a 2019 Ford Fiesta from Jordan recently and we couldn’t be happier with the service and care we received from all the staff of Freeway Ford! I recently purchased a new F250 from Dustin. The overall feeling was a level above other dealerships I dealt with while getting quotes. The process was extremely professional, transparent, and timely. At no point did I feel like I was sitting around for no reason. Throughout the day I felt like I was in good honest hands and even had people that I wasn't working with ask if I needed anything. I left happy I bought a new truck from a great dealer that i'd recommend to anyone let alone at the best price!
DO NOT GO BUY A CAR from here. Even if its a good deal. DONT DO IT. You will regret it. The car was a "certified pre-owned" which they said it was better than a non-certified pre-owned yet the car had so many problems. I don't think it even went on an initial inspection, I had to replace the battery twice. Many electrical problems and transmission problems.
