I cannot complain about the overall experience and the service that the institution provides. The staff that you will meet are friendly and welcoming, and also understanding as this entire process can be a bit stressful and nerve wrecking. They do offer additional relaxation services and they also try to work with you. They are patient in answering all the questions, that trust me, you will have and the patient care is excellent. From the very beginning we knew this clinic was different. They were quick, honest, organized and detailed.
