Just want to say thanks to my surgeon dr rocha , and to all the team that made my stay as comfortable as possible. I especially want to say thank you to 3 very professional nurses Frank , patty and Charlene
Horrible if you go here and are out of town u might want to get a lawyer! My daughter was sunburnt on her face the dr. Wouldn't let me release her because she said she wasn't stable and told me all these horrible things. So I set in the er from 11 am to 730 pm for abumlace to take us 4 hours to Alabama for a Dr to look at her clean her face and give her burn cream. Within less then a hour she was relased. The Dr my husband saw just now in the ER was awful. I can't seem to find a customer service number or email on the Web site but I will keep looking.
Yesterday the ER staff took excellent care of my mother (who suffers from dementia). My only suggestion - please turn the volume down on the machine that monitors blood pressure/pulse rates. The constant loud beeping was very upsetting for the patient and my ears are still ringing today.
My wife and I where on vacation when I came down with a bad kidney and bladder infection. I took a chance with GBBH and so glad I did. The Dr nurses and facility was all I could ask for in my condition. Makala Kathy and Mary Kay were my nurses. It's been a long time in hospitals that I have been treated so well by such talented and caring professionals. Thank You GBBH
The staff and Dr. Tyson was unbelievable. The nurses in my overnight stay were great. Thank you to my nurses Lyndsey, Tim, Mike. Went in for stomach issue and found out appendix needed removal.
My Sister was admitted on 1-8-16 and transferred to West Florida Hospital for Rehab on 1-15. Several hoops had to be jumped thru for her to meet various deadlines for admittance to the Rehab facility. I believe a few people moved heaven and earth to get it done. Our family was treated like family by every single person we encountered during her time in the hospital. Came here for 3 level neck fusion surgery by Dr. Giovanini. In on Tuesday 0700 and released at 0950 Wednesday. Very quiet hospital and a very caring and friendly staff. Did I mention all the nurses are cute. Thank you Suzie , Laura ,Corey and Catie. And all the staff I didnt have the pleasure to meet. You made me feel really special. Thank you,sincerly Eric U.
