My husband came into your hospital on feb20. Stayed 5 nights from the ER. Was not diagnosed properly or given to correct cat scan. Could have died from 2 blood clot in his lungs giving the same set of info to the FWB med center was diagnosed with a couple of hours. You really need to step it up on properly treating life threatening conditions. Who know how many people have died because of your incompetence. You were payed 18k from our bcbs insurance. How could GB hospital be improved, you ask? By blowing it to bits and giving the Doctors and Administration jobs working on the Three Mile Bridge. Worst hospital I've ever had to deal with in 50 years and several states....Horror stories REPEATEDLY. I will drive out of my way 25 miles to avoid you from now on. FIRST DO NO HARM !! We have been sitting for three hours just waiting to see a nurse or doctor. We are still currently sitting here and waiting. This is the most ridic service we have ever received at this facility!
Was shown kindness, compassion and attentiveness from check in through discharge. Thorough triage, appropriate testing and accurate diagnosis were all done. They got my pain under control quickly, made sure I knew what was going on as it was happening and asked if I had any questions multiple times. Seen, treated and back home resting within 3 hours.
Gulf Breeze Baptist Hospital is the best small hospital I have ever encountered; and, I have been in quite a few over 40 plus years of managing Chron’s Disease. The staff is responsive, knowledgeable, and caring.
Allison Donaldson & Bryan Kerr felt the need to separate me from Baptist Gulf Breeze Hospital after 37 years of dedicated service over the Imaging Services for GBH & Andrews Institute. Shame on them! Karma is a bitch and I hope you both get a huge dose!
I had to take my daughter today for a severely smashed finger that could have had a broken bone Dr.Morgan was amazing very patient with my two year old daughter and she explained everything step of what she was going to do they the staff gave her stickers and made sure she was comfortable also they didn't try to rush us through thank you for awesome customer service!!!
