How they never ask what my dad medicine list was then try to blame a new system on it my name on board any one could have called me to ask what my dad’s medicine list was he misses night time meds,,morning meds, lunch time meds. Went in ICU MY DAD TRYING TO CRAWL out of bed having a seizure! Ask him where he was going & he said to my room he didn’t even realize a was there till 6 hours later once I figure out he wasn’t getting any of his meds accept Mucinex and anabiotic’s! He now says he rather die than to go back!
This was the most attentive hospital I have ever experienced. Everyone was so nice. They got me in quickly when I was in tears in extreme pain and found I had appendicitis. Promptly did surgery to remove it. I was pretty anxious and everyone was so kind and calming. Never once felt like just another number. Thank you very much Baptist! You have an amazing staff.
By far the best hospital I’ve been in. Everyone was efficient, more than helpful and seemed to enjoy their work.
Nurses are special! Great TLC...especially KT and Meagan on the second floor. Sorry that they work holidays on standard pay...maybe admin can address that....
I wanted to say a BIG Thank You to all of the wonderful staff at your hospital. My mother broke her hip while we were in Pensacola visiting. Everyone on your staff was very helpful and caring. Megan Heaton is an amazing asset to your organization. Her help, knowledge and kindness allowed me to decompress the very first day. 5+ hours sitting in ER room 30 minutes of treatment and doctor time - got discharge papers in time for pain meds to wear off - slower than slow and not that busy. Used to be the best
