RecommendedMary Ellen Neal is the best there. She is no nonsense, clear, and very helpful. I don't recommend Dr. Kellen. He was very rude to me when I was having chronic migraines due to allergies. Mary Ellen was unavailable so I opted for an appointment with my son's doctor, Dr. Kellen, to try and get some help. He said "I don't know what you want me to do. I just met you." I had seen him a few times with my son. Ultimately I wanted him to be a doctor and help me but apparently it was an inconvenience. So I moved my son out of his car... read more
RecommendedAwesome staff and. doctor's could not ask for better service.
I used to love going to this location after it opened. It is very close to my house and I always felt like my family was receiving excellent care, but the last 4 times we’ve went the care we’ve received has been subpar at best. I decided this morning that we won’t be returning. I took my daughter there on Saturday with the same symptoms I took her to her normal doctor with this morning. Saturday they told me she had allergies. This morning her doctor informed me that she had a double ear infection. Now she is having to miss ... read more
RecommendedI just love the staff at Live Oak! They are always super nice and helpful! I see Dr Kellen and he is by far one of the best doctor I’ve ever had...and I’ve had a bunch being a military spouse! His nurse Tina, is he sweetest! I love having conversations with her and never have to wait long for a call back when I leave her a message! I’m so glad I found this facility and demanded Tricare assign me to Dr Kellen!
