Had a pre-employement physical done. Gave the billing personnel a letter from the prospective employer stating they would be paying for the exam, ekg, etc. and the people they needed to contact (full names and phone numbers) so the payment could be made via the employer's credit card. Instead they billed my personal insurance company and now I'm stuck with the co-pays.

Worst experience ever!! Felt like I was dying and looking forward to seeing a doctor who would be able to help. Well I was wrong we arrived at 9:50- and left past noon, wasted 2.5 hours of our time to get tested for the flu and walk out with nothing. I had no symptoms of the flu but yet I was being tested for the flu. I had stomach pain and hot and cold flashes. And the dr we saw said it may be too early for signs!
