I love this hospital an I wouldn’t go anywhere else! UAB SUX! They don’t do anything but experiment on you with students! The only thing I hate is the valet parking! They block every entrance an if you have medical transportation you have to get out in the rain an walk !
I’m going to brag on St. Vincent’s. I’ve been to several different doctors and ER’s for this “UTI”. Finally after going to the new Florence hospital and then doing absolutely nothing except give me fluids, I started hurting again last night so I came to the OBED here at St Vincent’s. Dr. Reed treated me amazing and was very thorough and told me everything that he was doing and was very specific. I absolutely 100% recommend St. Vincent’s. I cannot wait to deliver my baby here.
The nursing staff was EXCELLENT when my husband had prostate surgery!!!
I want to thank the Nurses and staff of 3rd floor South building for the last few days of taking care of my grandmother before she passed. They treated her with so much love and compassion and truly made her last days comfortable and loved. Nurse Jennifer hung in with us and we appreciate her patience with us. Our Hospice Nurse Erin (sorry if I spelled wrong) was so professional and loving also we just couldn’t ask for better people to care for my grandmother at her end.
Currently sitting at St Vincent’s Occupational health, Trussville, for a required drug screening for my new job. That means I’ve been sitting here an entire hour, and still counting, just to pee in a cup. The staff are in the back laughing. There have only been 3 people in the waiting room this entire time, and two of those people have been here over an hour. This place is not busy. This is absurd. I am a nurse. I know what busy is. There is no excuse for wasting all of our time like this.
