WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Regardless of the procedure, this hospital will not treat ANY Pain properly and is using medications that ARE NOT meant to be used for post-operative, acute or chronic pain! This is happening throughout the country due to guidelines implemented to help the Addiction Crisis, but are harming patients!
refusing medical care for chronic pain is violating your ethics. Not believing people are in acute pain or chronic pain is negligence. Refusing to treat pain because of false information is malpractice. Ignorance, empathy, and medical care that no longer is, disgraceful, and harmful.
Give people in pain PROPER pain medication.
This is NOT medical care, its torture. Just wanted to update my surgery went well. Colectomy and ileostomy. Before surgery they gave me a tylenol and gabapentin for pain 🤣 I was kept comfortable in the hospital but couldn't get one medication during stay because the doctor said " governmental overreach was out of control "and it wasn't a narcotic! Sent home with zero pain control. 1 pill for having my colon removed and over 20 staples, 4 incision sites
