I am here from Oklahoma with my dad who is very sick got here Sunday it's now Tuesday during the day everyone is so nice at 7pm a nurse by the name Tina was so very rude and nasty to us. My dad called to the nursing station for his meds and his iv needed hooked up this. Nurse tells him she ain't promising him all that well she thought she had hung the phone up but we heard here. Went to the emergency room bleeding profusely from an open wound from a surgery the week before. I had bled through my clothing upon arriving to the hospital. I got checked through triage quickly and was given clean clothing to put on by a very kind nurse. However, I had to wait 2 hours in the ER lobby still bleeding before being called back to see a doctor. We have been here for 2 days now and have been treated very well. 8th floor cardiac nurses are great!
MY DAUGHTER IS BEING TREATED HERE AND AFTER TWO DAYS THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL, VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT IF YOU'RE STAYING THE NIGHT IN ICU IT'S A LITTLE UNCOMFY....
