RecommendedI have been going here for over 20 years now and I have seen a lot of change in that time. I saw Dr. Riley until he retired and now both my wife and I see Dr. Ballard. He is a very good doctor and the staff is very friendly. Like almost all clinics and doctors they are overscheduled and don't have a lot of time to spend with each patient. If you ask questions, they will usually stop and take the time to answer.
I see Anne Brown PA she is very caring and ALWAYS listens to my problems and tries to manage my health issues appropriately and timely she genuinely cares about her patients and will do what she can for them. Love my PCP office and lab staff too they are always courteous and kind. Always ask me if I need a work excuse or a follow up appointment and to have a blessed day. Seriously a 5 star health clinic ⭐️
People there are so nice great dr and nurse love them both they always make me feel good will go back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
RecommendedWith being high risk with my 4th baby Mrs. Stone-Zipse has been such an amazing doctor. Shes listened to all my concerns and done her best to make sure I feel comfortable and we take all precautions. All the staff makes the atmosphere of the office great.

this hospital is a joke how are u going to allow ur employees and staff to steal for a patient when they were in a coma lord knows what else has happened what a disgrace.
RecommendedI recently visited Baptist Health Family Clinic in Greenbrier with my boyfriend, John Hutchcraft. It was my first time in the clinic and I was pleasantly amazed with the staff. They were all professional, friendly and accommodating to everyone. All patients were welcomed in the office with a smile and promptly taken back to the examination room. I thanked the ladies as we were leaving for doing such a good job. It was refreshing to see a medical staff and office operate so efficiently.
