I just want to say, I've haven't experienced this much treatment since Elmhurst hospital when I had My oldest( received hysterectomy). Baptist hospital are on it with me. From my OB ms heather Owen's that performed my surgery, Mr Logan my anesthesiologist, Ms April my other anesthesiologist, ms rosemary my RN from yesterday morning , ms shermika( hope I spelled her name). After having been a patient for many years I was surprised and angered that Baptist Health failed to notify me they are no longer a preferred provider for my insurance. I was shocked when I received a billing notice after the fact!
Friendly, very professional, and love Dr. Burson. I originally went to him about my back and possibly having surgery. He told me that I needed to have surgery on my neck first, due to complications going on. No one else seem to be çoncerned. I am grateful to Dr. Burson. Now he has found a new problem with my lower back, so kuddos to him. I am blessed to have found a great Dr. who cares ànd listens to you. Thanks
went in early this morning crying because I have an ear infection so bad the pain has spread to my entire face. doctor took one look in my ear and said "yep, that's infected" before sending me home with antibiotics. no acknowledgement of the pain, and definitely no acknowledgement of the fact that I had 4/6 of the symptoms my discharge paperwork says to immediately seek help for. I feel dismissed and I'm still in excruciating pain.
Hugh turn over of staff ,someone new every time I went. You can call down there and the phone will ring way to many time before someone answers. And my Dr. doesn’t have a heart for his patients or me anyway,

RecommendedDr. Jane Miers and staff at Sherwood family medical clinic saved my child when he was 2 weeks old. He was blue and not breathing when we arrived. There were 2 times they saved my child’s life.....I would take my child anywhere else!
