I am shocked at the way the front desk handled me this morning while having an allergic reaction that I didn't realize at the time was an allergic reaction, but after reading several of the reviews I'm finding that this way of treating patients is rather common. (I ended up at Urgent Care on my own accord). It wasn't just the rudeness, but the hatefulness and sheer lack of concern in the way that they talk to you is unbelievable. RecommendedDr. Grant listens. His support staff is kind and competent. I am very particular about my medical providers on the point of leaving several. I require the staff to be respectful and knowledgable as well as the doctor to listen to my complaints. I am very happy with the staff here.

All staff......From Doctors all the way in between and to the last! I've been in and out of Baptist Hospital for a few years now. I'm always treated with respect, and that my needs are important! EVERYONE is wonderful here at Baptist,! Maybe some of those patients who are not satisfied, aren't putting out the same respect that they want to receive!!
RecommendedDr Mayfield is an amazing g Dr. He has seen me through the most physically and emotionally trying time of my life following a MVA. If he doesn’t think I can get care from him he has referred me out and if he wasn’t happy he had another plan. This is true patient care and bedside manner. He listens to me without rushing me and explains everything as well. I cannot brag on him enough! I will forever recommend him to anyone in need.
