My son works for the rail road and is one tough man. He was in severe pain yesterday and needed to be seen by a Dr. His fellow worker took him to the hospital there in Van Buren. He was rolling around in the floor in severe pain and was there for 3 hours and was not seen by anyone! He then found a couch and played down, a security officer came by and told him to get his boots off the couch. My son informed him he was in severe pain, and the guy said take your boots off. This place has the worst case management I have ever encountered. Shame on you for how you treat your patients. The nursing staff was spot on except for a few. In fact my mother, who had a broken femur and underwent major surgery was not even walked out to her car. They didn't take the time to discharge her. The case manager did not do her job and we are still learning how bad she screwed up.
Every worker here from the doctors to the receptionist is awesome

RecommendedMy kids have been well cared for here! We love the Drs but most of all my kids love Mr Austin!! The whole staff is really friendly and caring. We’ve not been disappointed.
