I was at L.title Rock. ER. Last night: AND THEY LOST MY HUSBAND! Phone operator said , It wasn't Baptist fault!!!!" She should be fired!!!
Daughter-in-law in labor and delivery. We'll ran operation and caring attitude. Staff and be overwhelmed at times but that comes with the territory.
Baptist has always taken care of me and been absolutely amazing after my car accident keeping a close eye on me and my son and making sure we are well taken care of and anything I've needed they've been right there and all of my nurses and doctors have been so great and making me feel at ease!
For the most part it was okay except for one PT by the name of Chris...he was extremely cruel...also their social services people are rude... their home health people are also hateful...the nurses, cleaners, a few of the PT staff and food service were nice and helpful.
Great staff and nurses. Wonderful hospital. I highly recommend this place. Caring people who keep you at ease.
