Went in for gallbladder surgery... Didn't receive proper pain management after surgery.... Took 30mins or longer to get a nurse today when l called for my scheduled pain meds... And was told by the case manager since l didn't like their services maybe l should go to a different hospital next time.... The only saving graces were my over night nurses Alex and Nathan.
The newly renovated area downstairs looks very nice but the waiting room in labor & delivery was the pits! The most uncomfortable seating ever & for us unfortunate ones that had to wait all night on our baby, there noway to stretch out!
Kudos I can't believe the friendly staff. I was very comfortable and resting well after surgery. It was like being at home.
My experience was very good, highly recommend it!!
This Is A Review For Labor & Delivery/Postpartum Unit: Each Staff Member That I Encountered Were Very Sweet & Caring.... The Nurses, PCTs And Even My Housekeeper. I Wish I Had Chosen Baptist Three Years Ago With My First, But I Would Send Any Of My Expectant Mommy Friends To You All �
Very greatful to the Doctors and the Hospital staff. We met some very caring people who took excellent care of our loved one. Keep up the great work. If I lived in Little Rock I would want to be a part of this great team 😁🙏
