Dr. Zachary Roe has got to be the most disrespectful physician I have ever met. You should feel ashamed that this is the type of provider that represents your hospital. I have worked in the medical field for over 10 years & went to school through BHMC & it was 1000% to make sure that none of my patients ever felt the way your provider made me feel tonight. You should no longer be a physician if you have no problem billing me for THOUSANDS of dollars worth of test but can’t be bothered to review the results or answer my quest... read more

The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. From trying to schedule around my kids school and bus schedule to me canceling my appointment because she didn't want to do her job to verify my insurance. I have heard wonderful things about the surgeons, especially Dr. Ledet, but I will have my doctor refer me somewhere else because the staff is not pleasant at all.
