The care was deplorable from start to finish. At 88 years old I live alone and am completely independent but unfortunately I stumbled & fell on October the 15th. I was hurting so terribly that I was unable to walk. I finally got to my phone & called a family member to take me to the Springhill ER. Worse experience ever I'm a Healthcare worker and I've worked in the ER for over five years and the Doctor treated me like trash the worse experience ever. Discharged me with blood pressure 160/102 and I have a history of High Blood Pressure and Strokes in my family.

They are quick, they are on time with a diagnostic evaluation. Doctors and Nurses are friendly, concerned and compassionate.
Very thankful for the staff at this place. Very gentle, very helpful, very diligent, organized, willing, and very worried about their patient. I hope God continues to bless and use these awesome people in their work. Thanks to their awesome staff for the birth of our baby Rawleigh D. Ampueda.

RecommendedBroke my shoulder in three places. Had surgery with 9 pins placed and was told it would take about a year to get full range of motion back. I was able to do it in 6 plus months. They gave me the tools physically and mentally to work towards my goal. Still working on strengthening but I will succeed. Highly recommend Kathryn,Sarah,Stef and group. Shirley their tech is wonderful and very encouraging. Call Sylvia and get started!!!!
