It was overcrowded! With that being said the staff was great.
What I like about it. It doesn't take long to get waited on. Whatever time your appointment is soon after that you are waited on
The whole support staff taking care of my friend Ralph, have been absolutely amazing. Nurses Lisa John, Trey are supper. they are on the 9th floor, and should be commended, cause he has not been the most helpful of patients. However, they carried out their duties with class, and professionalism. The CNA's were great. Sorry I can not remember their names.
Loved the experience, ultrasound for my nephew and his wife expecting their seventh son in December was great the mom and baby are doing great,thank you to to staff at the clinic it was a great day.
I truly hope someone from the baptist administration team reads this. My loved one is being discharged and needs occupational therapy, how insensitive to make the family pay for it upfront while the Medicaid application is in process and is a victim of a violent crime.
My husband was scheduled for a procedure at 8 am. We have to wait long before they called him back. It was over an hour before we got to see him again then they took him back for the procedure. We were told it would take about 2 hours for the procedure and the doctor would come out to talk to us. About an hour later someone came and told us they had "finally "gotten him asleep, after that I had to go to the desk and ask how he was! Finally at around 3:50 we got to go back to see him. I'm at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock and they sit me in a room that's clearly built for the detention of a psych patient or a county inmate!!! People are walking past opening the door and they're like... oh I didn't know anyone was in there... throwing trash away that's holding my door open (btw the door will lock me in if it's closed!!)
