If I could give 0 stars I would. I got my ears pierced here in April 2022. Despite cleaning them exactly as directed and with their own store brand cleaner, my ears never healed properly. Their piercing technician appears to have damaged the tissue in my ears and I was forced to remove my piercings so they could heal. After contacting their customer service team, their resolution was for me to return the earrings within the 30 day return window. I spent over $50,000 at this particular store. I came in 3 years later to clean my jewels. I ended up finding a ring, ear rings, and bracelet. I traded 2 old rings in exchange to buy all this for $5000. They were not willing to go they with this. Isk maybe Im crazy but someone who has spent $50,000 plus and you cant trust me with this. I cant continue to do business with ****. Ill will take my $10,000 plus jewelry investments to ***. As I recommend you do as well
Peoples Jewelers ************ ******* ** ****** . I took in my diamond stud earrings to be cleaned and to buy new backs . I was going to give them to my daughter as I rarely wore them and also I have another pair . The employee took the earrings to clean but rather than go into a back room to soak /clean or whatever the process is she cleaned them behind the counter and as I walked around the store , I realized she was scrubbing the earrings with what appeared to be an oversized toothbrush . I placed an order with people's jewelers. The order was split into multiple packages. I was lied to about the address being corrected. My present to my new wife will not be present on the day of our wedding because I trusted the folks here. Look for literally any other company to do business with. This company burned me twice in the course of a month. I will not be using them again and I'd suggest anyone interested in using this company look elsewhere.
