I bought a new heat pump water heater, and asked Bantam Wesson to do the installation for me. They provided a timely quote, and upon my acceptance of it, scheduled the work for a day later! The work was done quickly in a very professional manner, and I was kept apprised of the steps throughout the process. When done, the new heater was installed and programmed, I had new water line shutoff valves on my water lines, and my old water heater and attachments were taken away, leaving no mess. Al was here for our annual oil furnace service. He is efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I request him each year and cannot say enough good things about him. When he leaves, there is no mess to clean up which is a big plus. ***** *

Al was here 9/25/19 for my annual service on my hot water heater, oil furnace & generator. Very professional, immediately gets to work & cleans up after his work is done. Will answer any of my questions & always lets me know if he sees any concerns. Should note that I do request Al as I’m obviously pleased with his work. A very satisfied customer & I have been with Wesson for 35 years!

We are very pleased with the quick & courteous service with the recent plumbing problem I had. The service technician also noticed a design problem with the plumbing that would involve another service call in the near future to correct. I authorized him to correct it. He removed the partially clogged pipe and showed me the corroded pipe; it was indeed defective. 5 stars for this service call.

The company is very accommodating and has superior service. Customer service is extremely helpful with great followup - they were even able to do an unscheduled delivery in under 24 hours. Service techs are great and arrive at appointed times with no fuss.
