We unfortunately needed service on our air conditioner twice this summer season. The service men that came out on both calls were outstanding! Very knowledgeable, respectful and dedicated to their profession. Such great men who went above and beyond just fixing the issue. Back in May of this year, I requested that my account be closed because their prices are the highest around. I was persuaded to keep my service contract and deliveries and they would guarantee that the charges would be more competitive in the future. In fact they recalculated my last delivery at that time at a $.26 per gallon reduction. Today I got a delivery at a rate that I think is the highest in Connecticut! What happened to their promise?
