We have been customers for over five years and couldn't be more pleased. The technicians are always professional, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. When they leave, the work site is always clean and tidy. And they arrive when expected. The "front line girls" are outstanding - always willing to listen and very responsive to customer needs. We just had our A/C and furnace replaced and we thank you for another job well done...

Recently had some difficulty with appointment timing and lack of communication . I emailed the office, and was called right back by D F of customer service . She handled the problem extraordinarily well . My hat goes off to her for clearing up a moderately complicated problem. Very nice follow up .

I've been doing business with Wesson Oil since May of 1975, when heating oil was $0.32 a gallon (and I got 10% discount because I had an old 1,000 gallon tank). While not the least expensive operation around, I've found that they always provide high quality products and employ top flight people. I never mind paying a premium for the best, and their entire operation is just that. It's hard to put a value on 'piece of mind' and that's just they have delivered. The people at BantamWesson are terrific. My generator install was great. The guys who did it were real pros and real nice. And today I had a home energy assessment. Ken and William were thorough and professional. The worked quietly and neatly, and took the time to explain everything. Much appreciated.
