I will start out by saying the work they did was very good, they came and did the inspection and asked for half the payment which wasn't much at all for the work they did for an home efficiency audit. We paid slightly over half of the amount they asked for in cash (after asking if they needed a check or would cash be okay). Once the job was done we received a phone call asking for payment in the full amount. I corrected them saying we already paid slightly over half and they had no record of it. Where do I start and what can I say but this was truly a blessing. Our electric bill was over the top so my neighbor suggested I do an energy audit. After some research I decided to go with BantamWesson. The crew which consisted of Bobby and Jason K was on time and very professional. Installed $8000 furnace in 2018 and 14 months after installation I started getting no heat calls from tenant. In all I have spent over $1200 in no heat calls in the last year. I have been calling BW every few days since the end of December 2020. I am asking for someone to explain to me what has been going wrong with the furnace since it started having problems. Jay Ki****n and his coworker Bill came to my house on 11/14 to do an energy audit. Jay could not have been more friendly, and took the time to explain everything they were doing and how it would save me money on my every bill. They both wore masks the entire time, and even wore shoe covers so they didn't track in any dirt or leaves on their shoes in the house. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in having their home checked for energy deficiencies.

Jason K &Will K just left after doing energy audit. Very conscientious about Covid and followed all the company rules. They very informative, polite and knowledgeable. They replaced incandescent bulbs with LEDs, explained attic and basement insulation benefits, window insulation and did an air-flow test. They were courteous and efficient in their inspections. We have a quite large house yet it took them only about 2-1/2 hours on site. We found the audit informative and reassuring.
