I came here to work nearly four years ago still here! Everyone who works there is very compassionate and dedicated to our service users . We have a great team of staff and above all we have great service users who get the care , dedication respect they deserve and each one of them are a credit to know and have such good relationships with . A credit to everyone at bannister farm keep doing all the wonderful work and making memories for such special people. Still there over 7 years on 🙂🙂🙂🙂

I worked here for 2 years from the age of 18. I was the youngest worker at bannister farm and sometimes I thought that was a bad thing but I formed bonds with staff and residents especially that’ll I’ll cherish for the rest of my life. Communication is something that needs to be improved on but you get issues like this in every job. Lovely staff, lovely management, working here is great, took me a while to come round to it but now I'm settled in and really enjoying it. If you're wanting to work here go for it, and if you're looking to house your autistic child here, highly recommended.
