I would like to warn everyone to stay away, far away from anything to do with any Banner Hospital. I paid my bill, they applied the amount to the most frequent bills instead of the oldest on the statement which in turn ended me being turned into collections for only half the entire statement. I now have two monthly bills because the accounting department doesn't know how to do the job correctly. I sent to collections for a BILL I PAID!
Was lost in system after surgery and denied pain medication at UMC in Tucson. System covers all Banner locations. If you cherish your comfort do not visit Banner health

This Chandler management is the worst! I have never seen such acts of favoritism in all my years working! Not to mention they lie and bully staff! If they don't like you they will get rid of you no matter what! Meanwhile other staff jeopardizing patient safety is still there despite me bringing up these concerns.... management knows who they are and should be ashamed of themselves!
My mom was in there for chest pains. The doctor wanted her to have a stress test, but forgot to order it...so the didn't feed her all day (in preparation for the test that never was ordered). My mom is a diabetic. While not being fed, they didn't monitor her blood sugar either...until I screamed at her nurse. They scheduled her test the next day...so I'm sure they'll try to charge her an extra night stay due to a doctor not doing his job. Complete imcompitence/neglect.

When you go to the release of information and the tech is messing around on their phone and has the camera open on their phone all while they have cerner open. Just makes you think twice about the people that work there and who to trust.
