I was born in this hospital In January of 1988 and I still go to this hospital every time am in pain and I need help I love this hospital I was there a year ago to have my gallbladder removed I spent 3 days there then they sent me home with everything I need to clean my wound I went back for a follow-up at the doctor's office they sent me to is a good until the next morning I had to go back for another 3 days I love this hospital no matter what I want to change anything I just wish I had my son there but at the time the only... read more
Doctors, nurses, and other staff were great. They explained everything to me like I was an educated adult; never talking down to me like doctors have in the past. I appreciate that they made appointments for follow ups and filled my prescriptions so I didn't have to worry about anything when I got home. 8th floor, Pod D ROCKS!

I recently had my daughter at this hospital, the care I received from the staff was truly amazing. My nurses were caring and attentive, and the doctors knowledgable and helped me to understand everything that was happening, especially Dr Mercer who immediately sprung into action when there were complications. My nurse Kristy while I was in labor helped me every step of the way, I'm not sure I would have done as well without her there with me. Great experience.
Everyone has taken great care of my mom. We started at a Banner Urgent Care and the staff and PA were great and worked fast at getting my mom to the Emergency room. While she was in the Emergency Room at Banner University Medical Center, the staff were very attentive. So far, since she has been admitted, my mom has raved on how kind all of the staff are and how they are so quick to respond to her needs. �

I just was released from my second surgery, for closure from ileosotmy surgery. The staff on 7A was great, professional, knowledgeable and really did perfect in my care. This goes also for the original ostomy surgery that had me in BUMC for 11 days, a long stint, but also perfectly handled by the staff. I now have a second lease on life and this team of Doctors and Nurses and staff made it happen with greatest care possible.
