Need to update current meds instead of going off their list, which was more than 3 years old. The PA's bedside manner was the worst I've ever seen and he made it very clear what his opinion of us being there was, instead of what my daughter's diagnosis was. He didn't bother getting a full history. If he had, maybe he would have exhibited some compassion towards my daughter, instead of acting as if she was a burden. The hospital stay went well. Getting someone to call back regarding billing has been difficult. Just frustrating no one has been able to change a "simple" billing code so our insurance will pay.

Worst urgent care I have ever been to. They kept saying they sent my prescription over to Walgreens across the street, which I requested. 3 phone calls and a nearly 2 1/2 hour wait later at Walgreens, I was still told my prescription was supposedly not in the system and Banner insisted they sent it/were working on it. After 3 phone calls and nothing still, it took the pharmacist to call and tell them I was waiting for over 2 hours. I delivered a stillbirth at 18 weeks. Tanya, Sara, KC, Michelle and all the L&D staff were so kind and compassionate and helped me grieve the loss of my son. Thank you is not enough.

Nothing, unfortunately my mother has then through BCBS of Arizona and has to use Banner Home Healthcare. Their customer service sucks. They would rather have their patients DEAD.. Lisa the customer service supervisor needs to be replaced. She can’t return a call or she’s afraid too...
