This hospital is absolute trash. They had my Ma sitting in her own urine for hours on end. She arrived covered in blood and refused to give her a gown or provide any help cleaning. Refused to provide any assistance and also neglected her for hours on end. On top of that, after having to clean up our own mother on arrival, the nurse had the boldness to get defensive that they were busy, and 1:30AM. When I had arrived, they were sitting around talking football. Absolute disgrace.
RecommendedExperienced my firstborn this past weekend here at Labor and Delivery at Banner CG and have had the best service. Nurses Angie, Ruth Ann, Brooks, Nancy, all the other nurses that crossed paths with me, and Dr. Schmidt have taken great care of us as well as the service staff. A wonderful first time experience for this first time momma. Thank you all for your awesome attentiveness and professionalism!
I took my baby to the emergency room three times for them to tell me that he was just fine come to find out he had the chemical reaction to diapers and thrush
