I had my cancer cut out 3 years ago and have been coming here every since for my follow up scans biopsies whatever is needed and I trust this Hospital a hundred percent with my life .... they have been very good to me

My mom was flown there from Show Low, I am extremely happy with this hospital her surgeon called me at 2am, the instant my mom had landed and was examined. We spoke for almost 45 minutes. She was very patient and explained everything. I receive calls daily sometimes 2-3 times to keep me updated. My sisters and I spent the weekend there in ICU and the staff was wonderful. They are very in touch with my moms needs and very attentive and kind. I am relieved knowing she is in good hands and she is slowly improving �

Never take to or like hospital stays but Banner make the stay easier. Staff has been excellent ea shift ea time! Thank you for helping me get back to health!

I'm still here at Banner good Samaritan hospital and the nurse's are wonderful in taking care of me and all the staff are very help love them they keep my spirit up its shift change so far they are exlant it going to great stay

Thank you for making surgery this time around far less traumatic than my surgery in 2014 @ JCL-DV. You guys are awesome- which is also why I had 3 of my babies at your hospital! I would definitely recommend my family and friends to visit your hospital for medical services! :)

From the past visits due to my mom's surgeries I loved how the staff are nice and friendly (of course there's a few that roll their eyes, make "stank" faces at you and are just downright rude) but other than the few bad apples I enjoyed my visits. They are taking excellent care of my mom who will remain in their care until her surgery in a few days.

I was taken here with a possible fracture. Because there was no fracture, they did nothing for me. Took some x-rays, a soft splint and crutches. I was in a lot of pain and was never offered anything to help me with the pain. On arrival, I asked for ice. The nurse said you can't have ice. I said i am in a lot of pain and my pain level is at a 10. She said oh I am sorry, we will get you an ice pack. The nurses and the nurse practioner had very poor bed side manners. I wouldn't take my dead dog to this hospital.

Didn't get treated very good by staff or nurses there for six hours before my wife got seen by a doctor when they said they would be there in a hour . I would not received this hospital to anyone try st.joseph down the road completely different experience very professional fantastic nursing staff they treat you like family
