My sister was admitted for preterm labor a little over a week ago. The entire week up to delivering her baby was very stressful, but all of the doctors and nursing staff were absolutely amazing! More specifically, the staff in pod A on the 3rd floor, and pod C on the 4th (and all of the NICU staff of course) But every single employee that we came across (no matter what their job was) was so nice! Through a very hard and scary week, the employees at Banner definitely went above and beyond, thank you all!
It's a nice hospital, very clean. The staff are all very courteous and kind. Everyone smiled and greeted us !!!
For the most part service was good but there was 2 nurses that names stuck with me Shelly and some nurse called R.E.M. They both had poor bed side manners I did put them in there place I let them know that won't get u no where in the field if u don't like ur job then quite
The outpatient staff was complete and notified me everything they were doing. Anesthesia Dr. Rosamaya was great.
