I was taken to this ER following a motorcycle accident. I am a veteran and gave my information to the ER for billing and for the purpose of sending anything to my primary care doctor at the VA. They did none of this. Instead of filing a claim with the VA, they keep sending me the bills. I’ve repeatedly given them my information for the VA claim, and I am now in collections. I always get treated professionally and nurses on staff always very kind . I’ve had to go last year on multiple occasions and always was taken care of . Yes , wait times can be bad if it’s flu season or the weekend but they do their best ... 🙏🏻

I have been an patient in this hospital twice. Excellent care from doctors, nurses and support personnel. Only negative is that they are critically under staffed which is an administrative issue. Being staffed correctly should be a major concern. Spend the money to secure qualified care givers to protect your patients Del Webb

My dad has been diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer by the VA. He has been transferred to MD Anderson for treatment. We can’t get him an appointment because NO ONE will call us back. It’s such a stressful time for our family and this is making things 10x worse. We have been trying for days. We are put off over and over. If this is how it starts how are we suppose to have faith in this place? My dad is a Vietnam veteran who was exposed to agent orange. Cancer is the bi-product of his service. Husband here at 1pm for CT scan. He was checked in and called back at 1 pm. I was told half hour. 45 min and still not out. They came out at 1:45 pm and said he’d be out in 5 minutes. I’m still waiting... not impressed.

Awesome People Caring for People!!! Amazed at the Army of Staff at this Hospital and in the ER!!! Being a frequent flyer for a friend fighting throat cancer and each visit has been really fast and the Nurses are Too Notch!!! Appreciate them and Praying for them!!!
