My hospital room was dirty, the patient care techs were rude and clearly shouldn't be taking care of post op patients, I was admitted for 3 days and they put all the charges under an out patient code which resulted in my 100% covered hospital stay with my insurance go to a $4995 out of pocket expense for me. Looks like I need to invest in an attorney! They refuse to call me back or work with me. Banner Health sucks all the way around!!
It's not always good to have to go to a medical center or Hospital but if you do have to go you want to be treated the very best that you can be everyone treated me very nice I'm going back next Thursday we'll see how that goes I think it'll be okay or I wouldn't go I have confidence in the nurse practitioner and the doctor facade I'll either come back out or I'll go to heaven either way I'm ready it doesn't matter thank you Jack
Excellent services from the check-in to the Doctors. I went to the newest building where GI, Transplant Services, plus others. It is well thought out and easier to get to with the new parking for the hospital.
I just had my baby there a day ago and I loved the experience in this hospital. When I walked in they got all my info right away and put me in a room in like 5 minutes since I went in because I was getting contractions. Every single nurse and doctor that was there to help me was very helpful and super nice. They were always checking on me and my baby girl to see if we were okay. They helped me alot here. We have been going two the nursery on the third level every night since August 27th when I was induced early I was only 34 weeks pregnant since then my Hospital stay was awesome and they have been taking care of my babies so well the nursery is always so clean and the nurses are always so sweet and caring the best Nursery in hospital there is thank you guys for taking care of my baby so well he finally get to come home this Sunday
I haven't experienced Banner in Phoenix, but Tucson's is remarkable!
Dirty rooms, pillowcases with blood on them for 5 days without getting traded out, crazy patients in the same room with sane people, rude night nurses... three attempts each time to put in IV's. I guess someone has to pay the price for that new tower they are building.
I was in the emergency room 8 hours the nurse name tam was rude to me as soon as I got in she checked on me only once. I called and called her she answer maybe twice at the end she was more rude.
