Went there for extremely chest pain waited an hour before going to the hospital because the Dr never came to see me. When I told the MA I was leaving because I needed help with my chest pain. She said “well I hope you feel better.” Didn’t get the Dr to see me or anything. Place wasn’t busy no one in waiting room.

thursday December 26th I had a appointment scheduled for 10:40am. I got there at 10:20am. the receptionist put my information I. the system, and told me i would have to pay 175 to 200 for the visit (now mind you this was a appointment that my doctor had sent me a letter they needed to see me) I told the receptionist I could not pay that right after Christmas and her exact words were "really" I dont here yes really and take me off the appt for that day cause I could not afford it. not have nurses that turn people in to CPS for not having a car seat (which was being brought) and not wanting to use their towells that gave my baby a rash.

Coming in with a scary and stressful diagnosis Dr. Byrum instantly put me at ease. She had a very straight forward approach and made sure I understood everything she was explaining and took the time to answer all my questions. She made me feel so cared for. From my first interaction with the volunteers who greeted me, to all the nurses I interacted with; they all were so kind. Daughter came into your emergency room at 830 last night in extreme pain with a possible Kidney Stone. It’s now 6:39am, and she’s still waiting to be seen. They have taken her vitals and she’s been to the desk 5 times and told they don’t have an available bed yet. I wouldn’t take my dog to this place .........
