I would never recommend them to anyone or this hospital. We just had twins there and they treated my wife with such disrespect and i cant even bargain to say how bod they were. Because of the nurses not doing their job my wife had her csection get severely infected and is at risk for her life. It is so bad her doctor had her transferred to a different hospital in chandler. They even hurt my children. My daughter is on a ventilator because when they were born the nurses were bagging her and did it wrong and over inflated her ... read more

It's been an on going issue but I went to the er sat night because of alot of pain last Thursday I had a hida scan which showed my gall bladder was either blocked or not functioning. But the hospital told me all my lab work was normal n printed out all the results. When I got to the hospital my blood pressure was 147/91 and when I got discharged my blood pressure was 135/98 and it turns out that my lab work did not come back normal but abnormal. Very nice staff. They were very caring to my granddaughter.
I went to the ER because I had severe abdominal pain and a headache. I was taken into the ER area and put on a gurney in the hallway. They gave me a shot for pain in my head ache and I basically was in and out of sleep at which time I rolled over and fell off the gurney face first because they did not put up the guard with someone who is sleeping in the hallway. As often as I have used the ER at Banner Desert I think highly of them. They have always treated me with respect and compassion each time I have come in. Remember the experience starts with you being positive and respectful to them. They deal with many types of situations and they are trying to treat you as the only individual that needs help. At all times they have to multitask and I try to give them the respect and cooperation they deserve so I get the treatment and help I need!
