As often as I have used the ER at Banner Desert I think highly of them. They have always treated me with respect and compassion each time I have come in. Remember the experience starts with you being positive and respectful to them. They deal with many types of situations and they are trying to treat you as the only individual that needs help. At all times they have to multitask and I try to give them the respect and cooperation they deserve so I get the treatment and help I need!
