I would never recommend them to anyone or this hospital. We just had twins there and they treated my wife with such disrespect and i cant even bargain to say how bod they were. Because of the nurses not doing their job my wife had her csection get severely infected and is at risk for her life. It is so bad her doctor had her transferred to a different hospital in chandler. They even hurt my children. My daughter is on a ventilator because when they were born the nurses were bagging her and did it wrong and over inflated her ... read more

This ER runs very efficiently. When you're at the ER feeling like crap, waiting for eight hours seems criminal. I was in and out in under an hour! Minimal wait, prompt visit with the doc & O was on my way.
Usually I had a good experience. But yesterday I was having a asthma attack. And still had to wait 3 hours then when the called me back. I was put in the hallway and keep me there while I had trouble breathing. ..
I was actually in the outpatient cath center...it was the best hospital I've been to, by far. I was treated with so much compassion, love, and dignity...the most professional and relaxed group of medical staff I have had. A big kudos to Dr. Singh, my cardiologist. I appreciate the attention and care for all he has done for me and I am completely content in his hands.
I was seen literally called within 20mins of arriving. Had my xrays done in 10 mins doc came in and within 20mins I was discharged. 50mins and it was more than 10 ppl waiting before me
This time they gave me tlc .where there was times i said il never come back..here agian they had me suffer with pain..they discharged me with worse pain then the pain i walked in with..i would choose st lukes in tempe over banner desert anytime..
My nurses and nurses aids are the best. I've been checked in here since yesterday and not sure when I'll go home but every person that has come in has been awesome. It's really hard when your all alone in the E. R but they are like my family and here whenever I call. Thank you all especially Radel. She's the best nurse aid. Glad she's back again this morning.

The 5 girls Workin in the ER don't deserve 1 star. My grand father was taken there by ambulance and we rushed all the way from Peoria only to walk into not 1 but 5 rude ladies. Management should give all five of those ladies a couple of classes in customer service. As for the service my grandfather received in his room we have no complaints. I get that your working in the ER and your priority is not giving info to someone who doesn't need to be seen in er but that's does NOT excuse the behavior of all 5 ladies at the desks. ... read more
