I would never recommend them to anyone or this hospital. We just had twins there and they treated my wife with such disrespect and i cant even bargain to say how bod they were. Because of the nurses not doing their job my wife had her csection get severely infected and is at risk for her life. It is so bad her doctor had her transferred to a different hospital in chandler. They even hurt my children. My daughter is on a ventilator because when they were born the nurses were bagging her and did it wrong and over inflated her ... read more

My wife came in with severe abdominal pain. The nurses and doctors acted like she wasn't there, didn't listen to a thing she said, didn't communicate with each other and worse yet sent her home with a soaring blood pressure. Gave her Prilosec....really and nothing is helping her pain. She was sent home in severe pain with high blood pressure. Time to go to a real ER....and when they properly diagnose her call Banner and get a refund.
Kind caring clean and respectful.... 😉
I think the ER is horrible and all of the doctors need their license removed. I'm so thankful I'm a nurse and know a lot about the medical field. Because your Stupid ass doctor could have killed me!! Wish the hospital would actually care about their patients and actually try to get a proper diagnosis
My daughter was assigned to a hallway bed. There were sick people lining the hallways. The staff talk about patients using names all around you so there is NO CONFIDENTIALITY. My daughter's nurse was great but there were a few trying to get an IV in who were abrupt and rude. If it hadn't been for this hospital being the closest for ambulance transport, she would have been at a different hospital.
It'll do in a pinch, but don't expect the docs to actually really care. Surprisingly, I was the only one there and the doc spent MAYBE 5 seconds with me. Discharge instructions? There were none. No one asked me if I needed a release for work. If I hadn't been bleeding profusely, I definitely would have driven to Baywood! I've never known anyone to actually feel like they were being taken good care of here. I get it's not the best part of town, but people working there shouldn't act like they'd rather be working anywhere else!
The workers did a fantastic job of taking care of my mom in her time there while she was in incredible pain. Thank you so much to her nurses (Michael and Adam) and techs (Mattie and Corbin) in the ER.
