I would never recommend them to anyone or this hospital. We just had twins there and they treated my wife with such disrespect and i cant even bargain to say how bod they were. Because of the nurses not doing their job my wife had her csection get severely infected and is at risk for her life. It is so bad her doctor had her transferred to a different hospital in chandler. They even hurt my children. My daughter is on a ventilator because when they were born the nurses were bagging her and did it wrong and over inflated her ... read more

That was the absolute worst experience ever!! The doctor was rude and unprofessional.Words cannot describe how awful this experience was! And I'm not even going to get into how rude the nurses were! So word to the wise, go anywhere else besides this Hospital!!!
The worse experience ever. We have been here since 7pm Friday night it’s now 5am Saturday morning and we are still waiting for a room. They have moved us around and we feel like they don’t care about us. Never never come here. This place sucks and no one cares they see us pissed and upset and not one person is mov Big their ass to help us. Asked for a supervisor 20minutes ahí and still no one has showed up. This place sucks sucks sucks!!!!!
This is a great place. If the illegals stopped using it as a doctors office it would be better. Welfare has destroyed our medical system. People complain about the wait times and lack of attention. Most of this is because of the welfare leaches. They want everything for nothing. When the walk goes up the problems will slowly go away. This place saved my girlfriends life. Couldn't be more grateful.
Had to go in because of sever abdominal and stomach pain...everyone was really great. Would have given 5 stars but had to wait for almost an hour and a half in the waiting room. I know they were really busy that day but, when my wife told them I was having trouble breathing and my lips were turning blue all they did was check my pulse and look at my lips.
I was transferred there for lower severe abdominal pain. My nurses were super nice and tended to what I needed. Although it sucked not being able to eat (due to tests) everyone that I've Encountered was really nice and helpful.
Excellent doctors and nurses, I have been to this hospital and even been admitted several time for heart issues and have been treated with excellent care. I live 1-1/2 hours from Banner Desert and choose to return under any conditions because I am very pleased with the staff from check in to emergency. I refuse to go anywhere else unless I am out of state.
I really dislike hospitals, but the people were just outstanding. They make you feel like family, which I'm sure is unique.
