I've been sitting in the ER for 3 hours now, still waiting to be seen. Sent here by urgent care for stroke like /aneurysm symptoms..... Definitely don't recommend this hospital.....

They always get me in In a timely manner and take good care of me in the ER until they can get me a room.

I was at your Banner Desert location last night. This was the third time within a month I have been at the hospital, I've been dealing with symptoms going all the way back to October. The time before this I was in the hospital was about two weeks ago, and they diagnose that as a viral infection, however last night was without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had in this hospital. What is the freaking point of going to the ER if all you're going to do is treat my symptom...Continue Reading

The couple of times I’ve been here, weather it be for me or my kids, the wait times are ow, and the staff (I’ve encountered) are awesome!

was in on 11/25/18 my nurse was Stephanie. she said she was new to the ER. She fit right in with the wonderful staff. Dr Smith once again thanks for saving my life. Your my angel.
