I would never recommend them to anyone or this hospital. We just had twins there and they treated my wife with such disrespect and i cant even bargain to say how bod they were. Because of the nurses not doing their job my wife had her csection get severely infected and is at risk for her life. It is so bad her doctor had her transferred to a different hospital in chandler. They even hurt my children. My daughter is on a ventilator because when they were born the nurses were bagging her and did it wrong and over inflated her ... read more

3 hrs waiting for my 3yr old daughter to be seeing at the ER last night.. We went in due to a possible concussion, she was vomiting after a head injury.. I thought they were going to be more concerned about it and take her back quickly.. but no, had us waiting there 3 hrs!! Then another 3hrs inside for them to just do an X-ray and pee sample!! 🙄😑

I had a great experience there even nurses that weren't looking after me had helped me get a new ice pack a hot blanket. And the staff was very helpful!
My son was triaged quickly for chest pain. The entire visit was less than 3 hours including EKG, labs, X-ray on a Saturday evening. Dr. Lum Lung was kind, professional and explained results, treatment, and follow up clearly.
Anytime you have to visit the ER it's not a good day, but the staff made as pleasant as possible, so it wasn't to bad.
Was seen fast... except they wouldn't listen when i was in pain... until i was hunched over in pain on the bed... gave me something for pain that didnt work i told them that the pain didn't go away... but was still discharged all that was said was "well i cant get you feelling 100%" well duhhh but at least try to fix me .... two stars is because it was fast service but too fast because they didnt figure out the reason of my pain
